Returns

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the date you receive your order.

To qualify, items must be unused and in their original packaging/condition.

Items that have been personalized (custom engraving, birthstones, names) may not be eligible for standard returns unless confirmed defective.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number, the item(s) concerned and reason for return. We will provide further instructions.

You will be responsible for the return shipping cost unless we confirm an error on our part.

Once your return is received and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or offer an exchange/credit, depending on your choice.
2-Year Quality Guarantee

All Olivia Jewelry pieces are covered by a two-year guarantee from the date of purchase.

If under normal use your item breaks, tarnishes, or fades, we will replace it free of charge, including shipping.

To make a claim under this guarantee, please provide your order number, description of the issue, and a clear photograph.

This guarantee covers manufacturing defects under normal wear. It does not cover damage due to misuse, improper storage, loss, or normal wear & tear (small scratches, etc).

Exchange policy
We offer 30-day exchanges for all customers. Please have your order confirmation email, order card, or gift receipt ready. To qualify for an exchange, all items must meet the same return qualifications listed in our Returns Policy. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Please note your return will be processed within 7 business days from the time we receive it in our quality assurance office. Once processed, we will send you a confirmation via email! You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
